As a Principal at Davidson Claims Consultants, Zac has over 20 years of experience handling high-volume and complex insurance claims, both as an Adjuster and Consultant. He leverages his expertise to provide exceptional service and value to DCC clients. Zac is a licensed Insurance Adjuster in multiple states and has extensive expertise in catastrophe insurance, claims management, and policy coverage analysis. He is passionate about helping clients navigate through the claim process. He has a proven track record delivering outstanding results, exceeding customer expectations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Zac is committed to maintaining the most advanced education, accreditations and memberships to provide unrivaled expertise and solutions for DCC clients. He is a Property Loss Appraisal Network (P.L.A.N.) Certified Umpire and Certified Appraiser; National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Certified Flood Adjuster; Certified Member of the International Code Council (ICC), Certified Level 1 Infrared Thermographer; OSHA 30 Certified; and Small Unmanned Aircraft System (sUAS) FAA Certified. Zac studied Business Management/Marketing at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cultural Anthropology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
